The pad rent for this place is ridiculous do not buy a place rent from here the landlords have no clue how to run a trailer park multiple times the water has gone out and they take weeks to fix the problem so your out of water for nearly a month before they get off there ass to fix the problem. When we moved into the park pad rent was just over 400$ and in the 13 years since its doubled. The previous owner sold the park and a US company purchased it and now have increased the pad rent every year since purchasing it.
