Tim (the owner) is very knowledgeable and personable. I have had repairs done at the Vac Shack and also purchased new equipment. I would recommend this business to anyone that needs anything to do with Vacuums.

When in to vac shack and talked to gentleman at counter was very helpful And polite gave me verbal quote for repairs and was ready on day he said it would be ready excellent service done right on time thank you vac shack keep up the good work will tell other the service I received thank again
