My experience is These guys are Thief's and rip off artists, they are also terrible humans. All the reviews are correct! Do Not take your business here. How this business is still around for 25 years is mind boggling! This is my experience Taking a brand new Husqvarna lawn mower in for warranty work. Engine burning oil with lots of smoke. Keep in mind i am a mechanic and only brought here because i need a warranty certified shop to do the work. Very weird first impression from the owner but thought they been around 25 years and Husqvarna listed this business as a service provider for warranty work. After a month of no contact from them I got curious and checked online reviews! Instant Panic! but kept calm and planned to just drop in the next day to check on how work was progressing. BJ says work is done and nothing wrong? Charges me $60 and says to me "I'm wasting his time". WTF did he just say that to me! . He sends me to drive around back where I wait for 10 minutes for the second guy to open up and deliver my mower. So I put my hand on the mower before he can run away, I quickly started the mower and clouds of smoke roll out!! i asked the owner if the cloud of smoke we were encapsulated in was smoke! right like what was i supposed to say. He says no its not smoke LOL, So repeated myself and he said yes its smoke. I asked for the $60 returned since that was the reason for bill. This Guy actually threatened physical violence and ran back inside yelling he's to busy for this shit.
