Ian was great at first, and very accommodating but after a few rebooked appts (one from him and one was our fault), he advised he would contact me and never did .. And Nancy was so rude and unprofessional... And after over a month of multiple calls, messages left, and texts, I still have heard nothing from him. Very disappointing. Please do not use this company, they take your money and run.... Be careful. I have reported them!!
