Our owner Kris Otto started working in the HVAC industry in 1999. He worked his way through his apprenticeship gaining experience in Industrial, Commercial and residential HVAC as well as residential furnace replacements, AC installs and service work. Kris saw a need in the industry for a company focused on quality workmanship and good customer service. This well rounded work experience gave him the knowledge needed to branch off on his own.

Our company has always had the moto of quality first. This is something that is always in the forefront of our company meetings and this attitude is one of the reasons our company has grown. Referrals are what keep our company running!
