We bought our bran new solitude 380fl in 2024. A beautiful trailor. As we traveled BC , it was so easy to set up and rig out . In our travels , we found a awsome place in Kimberly BC for a seasonal camp site for 2025 season . So in 2025 , pulled our trailer out for the season . Everything was great till one day , the fridge quit. Made a call to the Medicine Hat four seasons , discussed all the things to try to see if it would come back on . No success, so rigged the trailer out , and pulled it home on a Saturday. Dropped the trailer off on the Monday , and all ready they have all ready made calls all over Canada looking for parts . They were Awsome . I told them I had to be back in BC in 10 days . They said they would do there best to get me back out . To my amazement, they found all the parts 2 days later, and had it fixed 2 days after that . Amazing. The staff in parts and service , to the workers in the service department, and the head of sales were just awsome. I say the four season of Medicine Hat is probably the best place to buy, service , I have ever experienced. Thank you all at four seasons for this experience. Keep up the excellent work . Thank you.
