We create a customized wellness program for each client, that combine a range of techniques like myofascial release, acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, deep tissue massage, cupping and intramuscular stimulation (IMS), as well as an effective and comprehensive rehabilitative exercise program.

We have amazing Therapists who have on average over 20 years of experience. There's not much that we haven't seen!
