The Newell Housing Foundation operates the Newbrook Lodge in Brooks, the Playfair Lodge in Bassano, the Pioneer Villas in Brooks, the Heritage Villa in Duchess, the Wildrose Villa in Rosemary, the Dr. Scott Apartments in Bassano, the Heritage Villa in Tilley and the Life Lease Homes in Bassano. The Foundation also operates 41 community houses in Brooks ranging from 2-4 bedrooms for families as well as administers the Rental Assistance Benefit to assist persons renting in the private market with a monthly subsidy.
