Foster Legal Services offers a variety of legal services to the public, particularly catering to the increasing number of people who do not qualify for Legal Aid coverage, but who also do not have the financial means to fully retain a lawyer. My main area of practice is in family law, with a particular interest in custody/access/parenting issues. Services offered include mediation

representation of children
independent legal advice
notary and commissioner for oaths services
travel consent letters
research services
and cohabitation/marriage and separation agreements. In some circumstances, clients will also be able to fully retain a lawyer without the requirement of a retainer.
