Date of Review: April 24, 2023. As a parent with a child that attends the centre, I have observed some things that the Board and Director need to address. Staff are not being treated appropriately and bullying behaviour has been observed from the current director to her staff. The staff do an excellent job providing care to the children. Also, a lot of the time the Director is not on site as she should be. This leaves the staff in vulnerable positions should something occur. The board needs to do better to ensure the staff are being properly treated by their Director. Shout out to the staff caring for our children when we can't! Your hard work does not go unrecognized by us parents.
