Currently taking clients for private training, therapeutic myofascial movement therapy and persons from the same home or cohorts can book duets and trios.

Thank you for putting your mask on before entering the studio and for just wearing one so I can earn a living making you feel better. Hand sanitizer is provided and in a pinch I have a mask for you as well. If you are not feeling well please cancel your appointment no charge of course.
